Rotary Sheet-Fed Diecutting

Interflex Sheet-fed Diecutters can be stand alone systems or can be incorporated in-line with thermal and PSA laminators. These inline systems are capable of accepting the laminated sheets of pre-printed material, which enter the diecutter more as a web at that point. Our proprietary "Semi-Rotary" feature allows the diecutter to operate like a web diecutter, yet it will re-register itself to each individually laminated sheet with no expensive tooling to change out when your sheet size changes.

Interflex Sheet-fed diecutting systems are designed for high flexibility and ease of changeover. Our proprietary "Micro-Gap" system provides for the gap adjustment between the diecutting rollers in .0001" increments. This simple adjustment takes literally minutes, and provides the means for through cutting of cards or cartons one moment and changing over to kiss-cutting of labels the next. All Interflex LLC diecutting systems are designed for use with magnetic cylinders and flexile plates or engraved tooling for those long-run applications.
